Monster Madness PS3 dated News

PlayStation 3 News by Robert Purchese

15 August, 2008

Monster Madness: Grave Danger for PS3 will be released on 5th September.

Grave Danger promises to improve significantly on the fairly rubbish Xbox 360 original. There are loads more weapon power-ups, a better camera system, 25 mini-game challenges, and full four-player campaign co-operative play.

Monster Madness is similar to Zombies Ate My Neighbours and games like Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3. The undead invade suburbia and a quartet of unlikely teenage stereotypes pick up all manner of objects and guns to become heroes.

SouthPeak released a PS3 demo for Monster Madness: Grave Danger yesterday, which should give you a better idea of what to expect.

Or, you could saunter over to our Xbox 360 review of Monster Madness to see what needed changing.

Eurgh, it's a horrible game... it was dreadful on the Xbox 360 (in demo form) and although the PS3 demo is improved control-wise, it's still a miserable game IMO. And, yes, it is very dated! LOL

It's a full-priced game on a disc according to GAME, albeit one that costs £29.99 RRP (£24.99 on GAME's website).
