Monkey Island heads PSN update

There's plenty on the PlayStation Store this week, notably the arrival of Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition. This revamp wowed on XBLA last summer and should do no less on PS3.

There's also the entrance of the full, six game bundle of Blue Toad Murder Files. This costs just £18. Eurogamer's review of Blue Toad Murder Files: Season One tells all.

Today's PlayStation Store update brings a fresh load of special offers, including a discount for PixelJunk Monsters to £2.40. That's a bargain.

Sonic's having a birthday this week and so SEGA is celebrating by holding a mega sale of hedgehog-related content on PSN.

There aren't any demos today but there are a stack of add-ons worth consideration, such as Battlefield: Bad Company 2's Onslaught Mode.

Meanwhile, over on the PSP Digital Comics Store, Sony has welcomed pen-and-picture powerhouse DC Comics to its ranks. Hello Batman, hello Superman, etc.
