MoH: Airborne in late summer
Bally ten-penny ones dropping in the custard!
EA has told Eurogamer this morning that Medal of Honor: Airborne will be arriving in Europe by late summer.
Unfortunately it couldn't specify a date, but apparently it shouldn't be too far away from the freshly confirmed US release on 28th August.
Medal of Honor: Airborne will be available on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. You'll play as paratrooper Boyd Travers, Private First class of the 82nd Division, who will make a jump behind enemy lines.
Once you've guided yourself to the ground you'll have much more freedom to wander the environments than in previous MoH games, and it looks like we'll also be treated to jump-in co-op for four people.
It sounds like it could be everything we'd expect from a next-generation war effort, and EA ensures us that we'll be given a chance to test it out in a demo sometime in the future.

Call of Duty 2 is still the best (FPS) World War game available.

But now as time moves on my interests lie elsewhere but MoH Airbourne does sound a little different than other WWII games, but i don't know if it's enough.
