the time trial map pack looks good.

I watched a video of that third person hack the other day and Faith's animation is downright hilarious. It's extremely obvious that the game was never meant to be played that way :).

Shame about the DLC delay, but at least those of us with the PS3 version get that single map to play around with today.

Damn, I'm really looking forward to the time trial maps. I love the time trials and speed runs in the main game, but some of the scenery can de downright annoying and gets in the way of graceful and epic parcour action.

Writing on the PlayStation Blog, producer Tom Farrer said the map was "inspired by balloons of all things"

Clearly balloons that had the FLUDD-less levels from Super Mario Sunshine printed on them.

The time trials included with the game are already brutal enough for me. Now that they came out with the patch in preparation for the time trial pack and added new trophies for it, the chances of me getting the platinum one have dropped to zero :-(

I like the look of the pack, but hope for some more city based ones also.

After that game though, I am very surprised my controller is still in one piece. Hopefully for the sequel they will fixing the timing on the controls, so you can roll out of a fall etc at the right time.

Unsure on Mirror's Edge as I played a 360 copy but isn't the Platinum supposed to be achievable without the dlc trophies? I know it's that way with Burnout Paradise. It would be pretty ridiculous if people who already had a platinum in the game suddenly had it taken away because they hadn't played the dlc.
