Microsoft cagey on public XBL rewards
US pilot programme only, for now.
Microsoft has told Eurogamer there is "nothing to announce" regarding an Xbox Live Rewards program being offered to the public.
"The Xbox Live Rewards website is part of a pilot programme we're testing with a small group from our global Xbox Live community," the platform holder told us.
"We are always exploring new ways to provide the most value to our members, but have nothing to announce about a public programme at this time."
The US pilot programme launched yesterday and rewards Xbox Live members with small Microsoft Point sums for buying Marketplace content and continuing to subscribe to the service.
