I wish they would put the proper arcade Space Harrier up. Wiiware or XBLA I don't care just get it up. Even the PC Engine version would be better than the gash master system one.

Aw crap I wish I hadn't sold my Wii now. I missed Mayhem in Monsterland when it came out. The Rowlands brothers were one of the main reasons I wanted to get into the games industry in the first place

What's this version of SFII like then? Is it better than the SNES versions? I never played it on the Megadrive!

I am disappointed to find that Nintendo are not following up the release of Mario Golf to the PAL VC, considering it has now made its way to the Japanese and US services. It was my favourite N64 game, and I would like to play it again sometime.

Debatable. The best thing about the Megadrive versions was the fantastic six button pad designed especially for SF2. Without them, SNES versions are better, as the Megadrive versions suffered from hilariously awful sound effects.

having played more Street fighter than i probably should have i can attest that the MD version was superior.
In terms of control, speed and overall gaming options it easily beat the snes versions. Its true the sound is rougher and there were less colours but if you wanted to play something closer to the arcade original this was your best bet.
i think this was the last game i ever pre-ordered...

Might get it tonight then, although I'm wondering how it's going to feel playing using my Wavebird.

Mayhem in Monsterland? NERDGASM!!! Game was better than Sonic, Mario, any platformer you can care to name and had some of the best music on the C64! Hopefully this'll convince the Rowland Bros to do a HD update rather than just a phone version where he doesn't charge? Just jumps on people? What were they thinking???

Still have their autograph stashed away somewhere too. FUCKING LEGENDS!!!

The US seems to have finally geared up to 2 VC and 2 WiiWare each week, now, so why the hell are we still flip-flopping from one week to the next, especially as we seem to be getting the dregs of the possible releases compared to the good stuff that they're getting across the pond.
