Magic: The Gathering for XBLA tomorrow
Along with Sam & Max. A threesome.
Microsoft will offer a Magic: The Gathering card battler on Xbox Live Arcade tomorrow, alongside the first season of comic adventure series Sam & Max.
Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planewalkers casts players as wizards and has them traversing said planes battling all sorts of baddies, amassing followers to form an army and uncovering new powers. Stainless Games of Carmageddon fame is behind the game. Xbox Live multiplayer is in, and Duels of the Planewalkers costs 800 Microsoft Points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60) to download.
Sam & Max Save the World we know about, and the six-episode series will cost 1600 MSP (GBP 13.60 / EUR 19.20) to download.
Incidentally, Xbox Live is down for maintenance today. Shouldn't last long. Touch wood.
