Mac version of WAR gets release date
Get it next month for less than 20 "bucks".
Fantasy MMORPG Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning is coming to Macs next month.
It will be released on 28th October via Gametreeonline.com, priced at $19.95 - which includes 30 days of game time. Current subscribers will be able to download the Mac client for free and use it with their existing accounts.
A beta test is currently underway for the Mac version and you can join in by visiting Warhammeronline.com. Participants will get an exclusive title and trophy reward for their characters.

Leopard is only two years old - as swede points out, it's like releasing a PC game that only works on Vista.

as an example, the relatively minor upgrade from leopard to snow leopard has rendered many of my printer drivers unworkable, and a good deal of software too.
