Umm... the free update is perhaps a crappy 3d artistes poorly done environment; looks like I did it. (Ask my Art Institute teachers [or teammates] ha... ha...)

LOTRO: Lord of The Rings online. And it has the capability of looking alternatively ultra-bland and stunning, it's one of those game, graphically speaking.

Gameplay is ace though, think about WoW only a little less "hardcore" and a whole lot more story filled... the content is astounding, and it often feels truly Tolkien even when you're doing the most simple quests... an example from one of the first levels: you look for a character in a lot of places and then you find an object he used to own... the father on receiving the object tells you to go and avenge him, killing the goblins while shouting out loud his name so that they know you were doing this for him and his memory... grinding some goblins never felt so epic.

Take the time to read all the quest, it really deserves it.

yeah i watched the video review on gametrailers, looks pretty cool. but i might just wait for the free guild wars game to come out

These are unauthorized pictures that are being posted from the LOTRO test server and are against strict NDA disclosure. The person who submitted this information and screenshots did so without the permission of Turbine and their account can be banned along with any future accounts in connection with Turbine beta/release games.

If there is a moderator to this forum I would strongly suggest that you speak with Turbine about this matter because they will hold you responsible as well.
