Lost and Damned breaks Live records
It's the fastest-selling DLC ever.
Microsoft has announced the shocking news that the first batch of DLC for Grand Theft Auto IV is massively popular..
Not only is The Lost and Damned "the highest reviewed downloadable content ever", according to a press release, it also "eclipsed first-day revenue for all previous downloadable content on Xbox Live".
There's no word on just how much revenue that amounts to, or how many times The Lost and Damned has been downloaded. Still, it's good to know they've sold an undisclosed number of units greater than all the other undisclosed numbers of units.
The Lost and the Damned is available from Xbox Live now, priced at 1600 Microsoft Points (GBP 13.60 / EUR 19.20). To find out why it's worth the money, read our review.

Wonder why, 1600 price point maybe.....
Well being the GTA whore I am I cracked on the day despite my disgust at the price, before people jump on me it's no deal, you get a 3rd of a game and you pay a 3rd of RETAIL price.
Not got far but it's good fun. Story seem good and the missions (well the same but on a bike so far but if you like GTA no bad thing really). Only tried that Chopper vs Chopper online and that is great fun (but the gunship is a bitch to control).
Good purchase, but REALLY not happy about MS and their new pricing, if only I didn't love GTA so

They've spent the best part of a year working on this expansion. It was never just part of the original game.

Too cheap. What a fanboy dickhead you are. MS could sell you a sack of shit, and you would gladly make a sandwich out of it

Apparently some L&D content was in the PC files and some have modded it to be usable. (Nothing like the script, just assets)
