Can you ask him about that scandal video released of the game which was totally fake before the ps3 was released and how much of a shoddy scandal it was?

Don't ask Guerrilla about that, ask Sony. Besides, it's incredibly old (and dull) news now, and the finished product is looking unbelievably stunning in its own right.

W00t. Second time I asked something in something like t his I think, and I get the second question.

Although admittedly the first time was cooler, which was a question asked during an E3 live interview with camera, and then you see a real person on a video screen in your browser answer a question you've asked from a place thousands of miles away - and without paying! ;)

(I think I asked a lady from Insomniac if the walking on walls upgrade from R&C had made it into the PSP version or something.)

That was not the best Q&A I've read, along with Pete Hines. Bloke behind Resistance 2 did a better job of addressing questions from the crowd. Also pleased to hear NO keys given away as I was in a meeting for t he duration of this!

Do you mean the comment section from the previous blog post entry? It's a different article, unfortunately. Anything else would have been a technical hiccup.

Yes, exclamation marks are infectious.

Sorry if it seems lots of questions are coming from Eurogamer staff, but there often quite a lot of duplicates from readers, and questions staff don't seem to be covered by everyone else. Some are also reactionary and asked at the time. We're just trying to get as many across as possible.

Thanks to all that did submit questions, though! Much appreciated.

And yes, unfortunately not all our live chatters are as open as we would like. But we do try to open them up, so to speak.

There's a line between debate and asking a deliberately bating question to a developer, mind you. But mainly we're on your side - at least until people start trying to sell their girlfriends and relatives for beta keys, Tom.

I asked about other environments, including trees and foliage as the question was not asked I can draw the conclusion that it was a sh*t question or that its obvious its only going to be urban environs or people are being tight lipped until the 4th of dec. I was mainly interested if they could keep the high quality gfx in a more real world scenario

since Guerrilla is owned by Sony, they probably can't make any statements regarding other people's (or company's) games, no reason to blame the dev

@hahayou

Like what JahB said, there's always stuff you can and cannot say when doing interviews.

Discussing why other developers can't seem to use the PS3 programming isn't something they can really answer.
"Oh well, they must be shit and lazy, that's why."
They can't really say why they didn't.

I get it that we should show some respect and not ask questions which are too visceral, but the questions you asked that FO3 guy were just pathetic. If the person who is coming over for the chat isn't willing to answer all questions then he/she should stay home. This is Eurogamer not Fallout.com or Killzone.com or any other official website. They come here and expect exposure for PR correct answers to PR correct questions. Eurogamers no not want to read that so please just tell them to stay home. inFamous and KZ2 chats were ok, but the FO3 one was a joke.

I thought my question was better than a lot of the questions that were sent through!

"Judging from the gameplay videos, the impressive destructive environments are available even in multiplayer. Are the destructive environments eye candy only or is it possible, for example, to kill another player that's hiding behind cover by shooting the ceiling above him, making it rain down blocks of concrete to crush him with?"

Why didn't that question qualify? I thought it was genius!

1) There's no Dutch in your question;
2) Everyone thinks his/her own question is genius but 99% of them aren't which is why most of the questions end up coming from EG staff

I would rather see all questions posted, and they can answer which ones they want.
The questions were very ambiguous and they were very cagey, booooring.

I could see that the moderators questions were trying to answer multiple questions at the same time, but it did not work.
If you are going to have a live interview all the questions should be prepared,
and they should have them already so that they might actually say something.
Good try I still want the game, really sketchy interview.

They are. They're the ones on the boards talking to people requesting improvements etc.

I know theres occasions when producers are basically PR drones, but they're as hands on as you can get...
