Infernal due in late Feb
Eidos dates angelic shooter.
Metropolis Software's upcoming third-person shooter Infernal has been given a PC release date of 23rd February, Eidos said today.
The game, published by Dutch outfit Playlogic and handled here by Eidos, claims to make big use of Ageia's PhysX technology to deliver spectacular visuals - something you can judge for yourself in the playable demo.
The premise is fairly interesting too - thrown into the role of fallen angel Ryan Lennox, players have to pick sides in a supernatural battle between heaven and hell.
Look out for a review closer to release, and in the meantime you can check out a choir of screenshots elsewhere on the site.

A couple of years back there was a fps called Chaser (which I actually quite liked) and for some reason this game reminds me of that in movement and visual style.
