Indie DLC for Guitar Hero II

Yes, two. On 360.

Xbox 360 owners may be rocking out with Guitar Hero III at the moment, but it's Guitar Hero II that's receiving attention on Xbox Live at the moment with the "Indie Label Pack II" for Xbox Live Marketplace.

Rocking up at 500 Microsoft Points (GBP 4.25 / EUR 5.82), the pack consists of "You Should Be Ashamed of Myself" by The Bled, "Memories of the Grove" by Maylene and The Sons of Disaster and "The State of Massachusetts" by Dropkick Murphys.

It's hardly the first downloadable content for GHII either, following (inevitably) Indie Label Pack, among others.

RedOctane (now part of Activision, and so presumably also part of Activision Vivendi Blizzard Universal RedOctane Sierra or whatever it's called) has previously told Shacknews that support for the 360 version of GHII will persist until the end of the year.
