Ooh web2.0, it's got Web2.0 guys...I'm in web marketing and refuse to use that bloody statement.
It's just as annoying as: "must do lunch" "oh rar" "chow" "lunch...what's lunch?" If Manhunt 2 featured people that used those phrases then it should be released with a U certificate, the planet is better off without them! |

Also, and please be aware that I'm not knocking the score of a '6' here as:
a) I've not played it and b) it's personal opinion but how does that reflect the words in the review??? It was pretty much slated, almost all of the aspects of the game received a massive kicking and everything read like it was being said with a sneer on the reviewers face. Yet it gets a 6 at the end. Fine it might actually be worth a 6, you should know as you played it, but the text doesn't back that up at all. If it's worthy of a 6 (as we're constantly reminded, that isn't a bad score at all) then there should be at least a good number of positives mentioned in the review. |

I love Warioware dearly, but original it ain't.
As has been pointed out, It lifted wholesale from Bishy Bashy, including the surreal, bizzare mini games and many of the gameplay mechanics. Fortunately it improved upon them. So maybe Dave should cut Hot Pixel a little slack. |

I've just re-read it and other than one sentence near the end, I can't actually see anything that could be taken as positive or nice about the game. I can see loads of sentences, however, complaining about the presentation, the way it rips off WarioWare and the fact that it doesn't even compare favourably to WarioWare. Also, why the love for starting sentences over and over again with either 'And' or 'Because'. It was a very stop-start read that had my brain frazzled by the end.

Here - They're comparing like games. One is obviously a copy of the other, and doesnt work half as well (apparently). Not once does that mean they're more for one console than the other. If warioware was on psp it wouldnt stop it from being better than this game would it? |

Smelly are you posting that in the wrong thread or have you read comments I haven't read? No one's claimed that EG are as far as I can tell!! o_O
I actually thought that this had been one of the most sensible comments sections on the whole site, probably because nobody is actually interested in Hot Pixel and not even 'deh fanbois' could attempt to stand up for it.
