I hate it when they can't think outside of the box... I know they have limitations due to the game itself and what it features, but come on, make a new map. So uncreative and lazy!
Avalanche - Sidewinder
Blackout - Lockout
Cold Storage - Chill Out
Guardian - Lockout/Ascension
Isolation - Beaver Creak
Last Resort - Zanzibar
Rat's Nest - Campaign Level
Valhalla - Blood Gulch/Coagulation

You've got to admit it is pretty lazy.
It's like with a band or a film, if they did a redux of it, where they changed the character or added a bit of guitar, people would be furious, but no-one cares about the Halo 3 maps.
You may think that "Oh they're fun so why not" but that's like saying that you don't like change and it just seems ridiculous.
