Jesus, that looks good...

But, I'm always wary of "bullshots", Forza 3 had plenty of bullshots before it came out! I don't even think it needed them, I'm perfectly happy with the graphics in the game...

If the captures look fuzzy it's because it's typically thought that the 1080p mode of GT5 runs at 1280x1080 expanded outwards as opposed to full-on 1920x1080.

if you take a gander over to the official website it says that this demo is only being made with gt academy in mind... so theres no real need to go crazy and get all this looks shitter than forza... blah blah. i cant wait. should be nice to check out the new physics. still i never feel screenshots do a game justice anyway...

but those screens are in game/replay? It looks good obviously, but you can clearly see the difference between these proper images taken as a direct feed, and the "in-game" shots that PD have been handing out.

Just wish they'd release it dammit :(

I agree with you, Bealsy. They seem to be very good at the post-processing of replays and photo-mode-style images, but the ingame really doesn't look any better than Forza. The shadows in the cockpit do look a hell of a lot better than Forza 3 though.

It won't look terribly different from Forza, not really possible considering the hardware involved. Oh and of course the full game will look like the demo.

It's looks good but after playing a lot of Forza and NFS Shift on the PC it doesn't look as impressive as it did the first time we saw the game. NFS Shift on the pc is a looker.

ive played the gt academy demo and if thats the handling of the car
that will be disaster,it slides on the corners like "ridge racer" series
and going 200km on the straight with zig zag on the steering wheel
the car not spins its going like a empty plastic box like no weight on
the car,the prologue was far better,and im disappointed from my
favourite game since 1997 when the first game came out.
