The third shot with the sea is particularly impressive.

Sure that's not concept art, though?

Hmm.. Not very revealing pictures, are they? I mean, a lot of forests.. and a little sun..

A few characters would have been nice. And a village, perhaps.

Looks, um, like Gothic. Which is little, but good news, seeing how it's a different devteam.

Looks very, very nice but so did Gothic 3 and that didn't turn out so great to actually play... or so I've heard...

There's some concept art in there, definitely. We like to make it a bit confusing.

The trees and environments do look nice, but I wonder how dynamic they'll turn out to be.

I think Gothic 3 was rather buggy, resource/PC killing and had iffy combat. Still, I'd be interested to see what installment 4 turns out like. Since I moved to playing Oblivion on the PS3, would be nice to have an RPG for my laptop.

It took six major patches (two of them from the community) to make Gothic 3 playable. Apparently that soured JoWooD on the original dev team.

Well I love goth in general. And the only thing i can expect from the team of this game is something as great as a new great Gothic game Worse was Gothic 2 and i never really liked it cause of the huge nasty bugs BUT last one was great too. Hope this will be not just looking great but also great to play.

Christ, another game that only about0.5% of PC-owners will be able to play with everything turned on...

Certainly looks good. Now, will it actually run?

Hopefully the 360 version should run OK, since its a closed platform and the developers will know that what they see is the same as every other user sees, and they won't be able to blame the user not having good enough hardware to get a good frame rate.

Hopefully that should make it less buggy, since again they don't have to worry about different hardware configurations causing problems.

A Gothic game on 360? They are seriously graphics and processor intensive...I think my 360 will melt ( again ).
Although It did manage Oblivion and two worlds ( although two worlds chugged like a bitch ).
Ok, I'll order the special edition with the OST, making off DVD , cloth map, and curiously useless deck of cards.
