"That just wouldn't happen here in Denmark."

That is 'cos you aren't all crazy people :)

Never been to Denmark, but I've heard very good things about the place.

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't trying to be all my-country-is-better-than-yours, it just surprised me how bad that celebrity stuff can get over there. And we've got our shit over here as well, I guess we're just more relaxed about celebrities :)

Shame they reduced his part when HE got the role.

From being a regular worker at these conventions, I can tell you that Ernie is one of the most consistently warm and friendly guest you can get to meet.

Seems like a very nice fellow indeed. His kids comments on the original game were harsh though. I loved playing that game on my CPC 464.

That was a really interesting interview, I was going to skip it, thinking it was going to be some celebrity deflecting questions about a computer game they knew little about but were dragged in by the marketing people. Instead it was a cool interview with a guy that just happened to be in Ghostbusters.

I think they should leave the GB franchise alone though, unless they do what they did with Transformers, a childhood memory could be severely mauled.

"And the movies are 20 years old and he still can't go the beach. That just wouldn't happen here in Denmark. "

It definitely wouldn't happen in Austria. Sorry sad geography based joke.

WaxBrazillian obviously needs a hug, but I doubt there's anyone there to give him one.

There's gonna be a Ghostbusters game presentation at the San Diego Comicon this year, after reading this interview I'm so getting myself along to it to meet Ernie myself...

(the presentation is scheduled to have him and Dan Aykroyd in attendance)

lol you can only like a gurls writing if you want to sex her, amirite?

It can't possibly be that she has a flair and wit when dealing with interviews and esp. bad game reviews that the other writers on the site don't seem to have on such a consistent basis.

i feel all warm and fuzzy now after reading that. think ill dig out GB I and II on dvd to watch in preperation for hopefully a great game.

on a side topic i remember when i was like 8 and my friend round the corner got a record player for xmas and all he had for it was the theme tune single to ghostbusters, every time i came round it was played to death.. took me like 15 years before i actually liked the song again after that. :)
