Pah, Olmos was in Blade Runner, Miss! :-) I mainly remember Olmos for shouting at Armani clad cops in Miami Vice. I think MV aired after Ghostbusters though.

I can only assume his kids were dropped on their heads when young or something. The first GB game awesome..... of course, looking back it probably wasn't, but retro gaming is like that. It was probably the best we had. I recall playing through it many many times, which HAS to be a good sign. Maybe his kids were a bit too young at the time, 'cos it could be a bit hard sometimes (especially the closing challenge, which was ludicrous). |

Ernie's kids have no taste. Dave Crane's Ghostbusters is a genuine classic. You did have to play it properly to appreciate it though, mopping up the roamers early on, so you'd be able to break even before the PK level went crazy in the end game. Essentially to use ghost bait to interdict the Marshmallow Man attacks, too. Surprisingly deep game, in fact.

I've always loved Ernie Hudson. He's terrific, and Winston Zedmore is a terrific character, too. Hudson seems like a really nice guy in real life, which is always good to know. AND, he's in Congo, which is hilariously shite, and also stars Bruce Campbell.
But the first Ghostbusters game is actually very, VERY good. Although he's just repeating what his kids told him, so I can't hold it against him. |
