The album is exclusive to PSN, but they are standard DRM free MP3s and Capcom have even said to share them.
I guess Microsoft doesn't want to waste their bandwidth with free content.

I thought they would be hip hop remixes of the classic tunes. Most of the time its just some random talk about this and that.
