Fox airing Red Dead anime on Saturday
The Road director John Hillcoat involved.
Fox Network will air an animated Red Dead Redemption film this Saturday in the US.
The special is being bossed by The Road director John Hillcoat and will last 30 minutes, according to Futon Critic.
Specifically, Red Dead Redemption (the animated film) will air at 11pm CST or 4am BST, depending on where you live.
Red Dead Redemption is Rockstar's new openworld Wild West romp. The game's out for PS3 and Xbox 360 on 21st May.

The Road was over-dramatic, over-acted, far-fetched cobblers. Worst film I've seen in ages.

I've seen that rumour before, but have found absolutely bugger all to confirm this, and the music int he trailers sounds nothing like Cave/Ellis.

Not seen The Road yet, but it's one of my favorite novels, and with Hillcoat as director & Ellis and Cave on score duties, I'd be disappointed if it was anything but stellar.
