AphoticCosmos: That's just an EVE Deja vu. Everyone called EVE CGI when it was first announced.

They just can't make a game that doesn't look awsome.

Having said that, just saw a movie where it appears they took the screen from. I guess it is CGI: http://www.golem. de/0908/69136.html
