"see how good a real Resident Evil game could look on Wii...shame we can't be arsed to make one."

Looks nice for the Wii though.

Nice to see the cutscenes are re-done, at least it's had some effort poured into it.

That's because they are light years ahead of most developers in the graphics department on Wii - more so in enclosed space's i.e. not the huge expanses of Dead Rising.
Anyone having witnessed the MT engine strut it's stuff (DMC4 LP Resi 4 etc) will be in no doubt of Capcom's in-house engines graphically frippery - plus great use of texturing and contrasting lighting.

No shit, seek it out yourselves.

Maybe, but my guess is that it's just what happens when you play alone (maybe this time you can have the CPU to help you out).
By the way, Claire looks horrid in the CG shot. Not so in the last screen. Granted, the actual game probably won't have that much antialiasing.

Sort of an on-rails thrid person shooter.......interesting......
Either that or there is some Time Crisis 2 action going on with being able to see your partner in an (offline/online) co-op mode.
Or the screens are mock-ups, of course :/

"see how good a real Resident Evil game could look on Wii...shame we can't be arsed to make one."
Sounds about right. :/
Also, "lol" at some of the sad tards in this thread who just don't want to believe that the graphics on their big fat consoles they get their self-worth out aren't actually as superior as they thought when a developer actually tries on a Wii game.

Still, if you search for Mario Galaxy pictures on the net, you'll see it has a lot more aliasing than this. Look at the desk on the second-to-last picture: that looks like edge softening to me.
Anyway, no one can say for sure until the game comes out, so...

Let's all just finally get over it: those other big boxes aren't that special compared to the little white one. It's developers/publishers who are the "bottleneck".
That said, fuck this game, and fuck Capcom. I'll wait until a real survival horror game comes around (and no, that's not RE5).
