UK charts: FIFA 09 still top of the table
Call of Duty not far behind, though.
FIFA 09 has spent a second consecutive week atop the UK all-formats chart, beating Call of Duty: World at War into second place by just 400 sales.
The football game - and best-seller of 2008 - tops a table devoid of any real change. Wii Fit caused the most commotion by leaping up from 20 to four, presumably off the back of renewed stock and Christmas overindulgence guilt.
Need For Speed held out at three and Wii Play was up slightly to five. Guitar Hero: World Tour and Mario & Sonic at the Olympics fell negligibly to six and seven, respectively.
Quantum of Solace used telly advertising to take eight, while retailer promotions saw LEGO Indiana Jones swing from 17 to nine. Mario Kart Wii, the second best selling game of 2008, rounded the list off at 10.
Elsewhere witnessed downward trends for Prince of Persia and Tomb Raider: Underworld continue. On the other hand, however, Call of Duty 4 scrambled up to 21 and both Left 4 Dead and Saints Row 2 managed to re-enter the top 40, albeit rather close to the bottom.
This week waves goodbye to Animal Crossing: Let's Go to the City, which was released exclusively for Wii on 5th December.
