FFXIII PS3 Slim bundle shown at TGS News

Sony and Square Enix have unveiled the Final Fantasy XIII PS3 Slim bundle at the Tokyo Game Show, and offered audiences their first look at the pretty console paintjob.

The white design is imprinted with a pink, stencilled image of familiar heroine Lightning.

The bundle incorporates the new 250GB machine, letting the cat well and truly out of the bag.

The FFXIII bundle will be out on 17th December in Japan, the same day as the gigantic RPG.

I'm not usually one for white/silver designs, but that's pretty nice.

If it makes its way to Europe (...) then I might consider it. I'm going to be buying the console with the game anyway.

We're trying to find that out, but Square Enix is obviously tied up over TGS and probably won't know a great deal anyway. No one will be focusing on the Western release at the moment, not until after December.

Wow, that's a nice design. I might have to trade up for that if it comes out in Europe. Would mean having to dig the PS2 out again though to play some old games...

Wow. Thats actually really cool. Im not a fan of the old PS3 design, or the even the original slim design but this does looks damn hot!

That does look sexy, though as long as my launch model keeps ticking along nicely I have no need to look at a slimmer, younger model.

i hope white ones get released over here, even if without the artwork. loved the ceramic white fat ps3.

the white with the little bit of silver lining is class. the engrave ps3 logo stands out better too.

get a white released over here sony! the black looks horrid in comparison.

It looks like the most attractive console of recent times from a design point of view, but white and pink just isn't going to work in most living rooms. Maybe we should think about changing that!

This would like nice with the white Xbox 360 and Wii I have in my lounge.

And it would mean I could leave my black PS3 and XBox in the spare bedroom/office.

Can I really justify having 2 Xboxs and 2 PS3s though? Tough call.
