Since the patch I seem to have a loading bug that freezes the game when loading some areas.

How about fixing that before selling me new content?

Yeah; if you check your achievements list on Xbox LIVE and drill down into Fable 2 you'll see that they've already added the new achievements to the list - an extra 100 points are available. We... erm... just can't do anything about it.
