Europe will get Metal Gear Online beta News

Konami has told Eurogamer that it will be announcing its European Metal Gear Online beta plans "shortly".

Its comments follow (at a safe and undetectable distance) word earlier that sign-ups to the MGO beta in Japan appear to be inaccessible to those of us with Western-originating IP addresses.

The full game is due out around the world alongside Metal Gear Solid 4 on 12th June, so Konami had better get its skates on.

We (well, I at least want it) want the 80GB package with game and dualshock 3 controller as per the US are getting!

Please God don't give it to an awful paysite like Fileplanet. Or for that matter make us buy the game from a horrible online store like Amazon

Not one to give free plugs but what the hell is wrong with Amazon? One of the best return policies, and extremely reliable delivery.

The only problem I have with amazon is that they use shittylink for delivery. The royal mail is not without its problems but at least you can pick up your packages from your local post office.

Anyhow, this is good news as Im really looking forward to MGSO.
