Hey guys, we're aware that some people haven't received their etickets yet. We have all your details and the tickets should be with you this afternoon.

I thought Jimmy Savile lived in Scarborough? Not exactly local... Although I did nearly kill him once.

He lives in Roundhay, in Leeds.

Great news that there's a Leeds event. May pop along.

Loved it last year, will be trying to get there this year, too.

Even though public people from HMV might have bought tickets.

@j,taurus,

Well, I once dated a redhead and down below it was more Santa Claus than Brazilian, so I suppose you could say I have seen a ginger beard.

I'm hoping to hire a coach so some people on my game design course can all travel together down to the Leeds event for the day!

it would be a good thing if Eurogamer Expo go through a road show in the European Countries or change every year the city of the event

The Royal Armouries seemed pretty full of old stuff last time I was there :D There's room for an expo there? The Royal Armouries themselves are an awesome place to visit. They have a VR shooting range on the top level!

Also, they have a pen of rare birds with collars on their feet, as seen in Alan Partridge :D

Leeds? Where the hell is Leeds? You can't be hosting an event amid the morass of leads behind my telly, can you?

These dates were chosen as they fall within half term.

I can't comment on their sexual orientation.

Any word on what the press facilities will be? A few biccies, tables and chairs + wifi was nice and all, but I could barely think while I was typing up articles for my own site.

A few people have commented on last years press area. We'll see what we can do for this year but it is tricky when so many sites want to cover the event and make use of the press area.

@Venatio You should be looking after the ones that turned up last year. ;]

I turned up as part of GameOnYou UK when we were still together.
