Sounds promising, now all we need is for the game to be released and compatability with the guitar hero guitars !
  • BM #2 4 years ago

That's nice dear, now GIVE US A RELEASE DATE
  • Lynchman #3 4 years ago

So will these be downloadable for us across the pond too?
  • Garulon #4 4 years ago

Fucking 'ell EA, it didn't take Sir Walter Raleigh this long to bring shit from the Mericas. Sort it out or shoot some lawyers or SOMETHING!
  • Drebbin #5 4 years ago

Hasn’t this already been out in the US since Christmas?

Why is it taking so long for Europe to get this? Surely if games like Halo, Mass Effect etc can have a similar release dates, they can sort this out too?

As BM said “Give us a release date!!!!”

"European release details as well as retail price(s) for Rock Band are yet to be announced, but it's expected in Q2."

    Fixed.

    /much more worried about price
  • XdarXideX #7 4 years ago

Not only that they've been having weekly DLC since release. I guess that means the XBL multiplayer will be region locked.

About the price... it's listed as £69.99 where I work (currently) but I'd expect it to be nearer £89.99 on release.

I get mocked by Americans for not being able to buy this game. You'd think it was made by Sony at this rate.
  • JonFE #9 4 years ago

XdarXideX, do you happen to know what's supposed to be included in that £69.99? The complete bundle goes for $169.99 in the USA and I was hoping for a similar price in Euro - yeah, right, like that could ever happen...
  • McBradders #10 4 years ago

Just give me the fucking game already >:(
  • Tricky #11 4 years ago

Funnily enough, those were all songs that were found listed when someone hacked one of the recent DLC packs. Should mean that the US gets them too, but who knows?

Seriously looking forward to Beetlebum and Hysteria though - good tunes to play there methinks.
  • optimusprym8 #12 4 years ago

release date, price and GHIII guitar compatibility please (360) - I've just moved to a new flat with a bigger lounge just for this game!
  • Frosty840 #13 4 years ago

    I don't care!
Just make them release the game!
  • Beek4257 #14 4 years ago

Strange. I thought Tokyo Hotel was German.
  • brooza #15 4 years ago

Meh, this game has been delayed that much it's gotten to the point where I don't really care about this any more. A bunch of songs by depressing britpop bands won't do much to sway my opinion.
  • Wendelius #16 4 years ago

Oooh... I think I might import mine from France or Germany then. Like the sound of those songs better. :)

Realistically though, I hope those songs are included by default in each country but that they will be offered to other Europeans as (cheap please!) DLC.

  • riz23 #17 4 years ago

Yes I think you'll find Tokyo Hotel is for the Gerbils as opposed to Cliff-Pissers
  • ruttyboy #18 4 years ago

    @seamonsterneil

    What a cunt.

EDIT: Erm, your American 'friend', not you.

My local game store is currently selling a US PS3 import box set for a rather hilarious £174.99. And it hasn't sold for the last few weeks.
  • OmagnusPrime #20 4 years ago

I like how we're getting screwed on the release date, we'll most likely get screwed on price, but yet we'll still all go out and buy it. It's ridiculous because here is a game a lot of people want, but just can't get hold of. It's bullshit and them some, and the longer it goes on the more pissed off I get. If it does turn out that they try and rip us off I might be inclined to say fuck 'em.
  • deaner #21 4 years ago

So all the unlockabel tracks are pap? Ace.
  • RobotRocker #22 4 years ago

If you cannot comprehend the sheer awesome that is Bang Camaro. You don't get to call the Bonus tracks pap.

/Seriously. Get the album. It is awesome.
  • Tricky #23 4 years ago

And not just Bang Camaro. The Flyleaf, Tribe, Acro-Brats and The Mother Hips tracks are all great as far as I'm concerned
  • Hobber #24 4 years ago

Hmm... Exclusive songs for UK, France and Germany... what about the rest of Europe? Song exclusivity sucks, and I really hope all songs will be available across Europe. I want some Die Toten Hosen too, dammit, and I don't wanna be left out because I'm Norwegian.
  • Stu #25 4 years ago

29th May is listed on Amazon and HMV...
