Euro Resistance PSP date unconfirmed News

Sony has told Eurogamer that Resistance Retribution has yet to be given a European date. Any aired so far are subject to change, a bit like Latoya Jackson's face.

The publisher was speaking after the US PlayStation blog revealed a 17th March date for the PSP shooter across North America.

Word arrives alongside a brand new cinematic story trailer for the game, as well as a clip explaining the interoperability between Resistance Retribution and acclaimed PS3 instalment Resistance 2.

This, as we told you, unlocks an Infected mode in the PSP game, which can also be controlled using the PS3 pad - although aim assist will disappear to keep things tricky.

acclaimed Resistance 2? I found it a bore from beginning to ending. Meh. GoW2 is still spinning in my other console whilst resistance has been put inside the box since..oh 2 days after release? I'll give this a pass...

Can't wait for this. Couldn't put Resistance 2 down, and finished the sp in a week over Xmas. Now playing co-op online all the time, loving the levelling up, and the huge exclusive missions.

And to link this up to R2 to get the goodies...great idea. Looking forward to PSP 2000 on widescreen TV fun, with DS3 control and upped difficulty.
