Mirror's Edge Reader Review

First, the story. Imagine a world where there seems to be no at the trouble anywhere, that the police barely had anything to do and you lived a life in a clean, happy city. Now imagine that the government is keeping all forms of communication to a limit and they have a nice excuse for that. Now imagine that your sister (who is a police women herself) has been framed for murder and you are a runner who helps the "criminals" find out what the government are doing. That's what is happening.

Next, graphics. The graphics are top notch all the different colours mixed in the buildings and outside with red for any runner vision stuff. If you want a game just for graphics on the ps3 this will be near the top. And the whole thing is done in First Person.

Now, Gameplay. The most important part of the game doesn't disappoint. The controls are so well done with L2 to go under things and L1 to go over it works really well. The combat is pretty good with mostly meele attacks but with some shooting thrown in. I found the taking guns off enemies hard at certain points. Although all this is great is does get repetitive. The most annoying bit though, is that there is no online come on EA all your other games have an online what about a death match or a race where you actually see people or a co-op story or something?

So all in all this is a great game but too repetitive to get a nine or a ten. And no online.
