Call of Duty 4 was one of the most anticipated game of the year and i think it has lived up to its standard and expectation, this game will be hard to beat in the way of FPS although RSV2 is a good contender as well. It is a fantastic with good game play and a good idea at weapon handling etc... except for 1 minor detail, when you knife some-one and it misses it takes so long for you to bring out your gun again that the other person has already knifed you!!
I think that there should be more prestige ranks/badges and that when you get to the highest prestige, you should be able to have any gun or your choice in gold.
If there were more maps on CoD4 it would be heaps better, i know that there were 4 new ones but lets face it, they are not worth 8 quid, i would want at least 6 for 8 quid.
What i think would be a great idea is if they would to released a mod to create maps of our own and then have a competition to see who's map is the best and then make that map available for the PS3, there should also be more game modes but i'm not sure what other modes they can make so that could be a challenge! They could also make it better by having a linger campaign mode.I would love to see CoD4 go futuristic but i don't know if that would be any good but it is still a thought to consider
Otherwise a very well constructed game and great online play.
