I'm a big fan of Rock Band, but it would have to take a stunning track list to get me playing a Lego version. I really can't be bothered with these Lego-fusion games. That said, Harmonix are pretty reliable at exporting tracks, so I'd probably take get it for playing on other versions.

How would Lego Rock Band be different from generic Rockband? They're talking almost exclusively about graphical changes, which must almost exclusively be a result of Lego seeing an opportunity to release some Rock Band-themed Lego sets and cash in.

Maybe you get to build your own instruments out of Lego... that would actually be kinda cool.

I'd build a cowbell.

Yeh it's because Activision are milking the Guitar Hero licence like their entire business depends upon it.

VH could equally be Vocal Hero and BH Bass Hero with tracks heavily involved in both areas.

Other than graphic images of some dead rock stars I can't see what Lego RB could have to offer over DLC

"Yeh it's because Activision are milking the Guitar Hero licence like their entire business depends upon it. "

If people are willing to spend £150 on a game with some plastic instruments, Activision will try to keep on making you re-buy it.

I know someone who has every guitar hero game, save the 80's, and he has 3 guitars, so on plastic guitars he's spent £210, if he paid list price. Plus £30 - £40 per game.
