EA announces Skate 3 for May
Team co-op the key this time.
EA has whipped the wrappers off Skate 3, revealing team-based co-op as the headline feature.
This enables you and your friends to skate together in a crew, tackling group challenges and helping each others' careers as you go.
Due May 2010, Skate 3 also packs a beefy toolset to edit videos and graphics as well as create skate parks with. There's a new skate.School to learn in, too.
If, on those scraps of evidence, you decide to pre-order, you'll be given an unlock code to access the Black Box Distribution Skate Park, which is home to the Zero, Mystery and Fallen skate teams.
The first Skate 3 video
is up and running over on Eurogamer TV, so pop over there for a look.

Hopefully the short turn around doesn't mean they will skimp on new features.

HenryVIII: Allow me to explain. People who like a particular game no longer want any more of said game. If they did want any more of it, they should get it through DLC and for free. And if devs insist on making a sequel, they have to take six years (minimum) to make a it or it is automatically a cynical cash in and shit. See the whole Left 4 Dead 2 debacle for more info.

Will welcome more Skate. but hope there is enough features to justify number 3.

Wow, with spectacles that rosy, who needs reality?
Even in 'your day', stuff like HL2 was the exception NOT the rule.

See that's the attitude i dont get with gamers nowadays. " because their graphics won't have changed a great deal" - So what?!? Do you REALLY only buy games for their graphics?!? That's weird to me! I personally play games because they're - FUN! I'd rather have improved gameplay than the same game with better graphics (which is how a lot of fps sequels play to me).
