Absolutely loved the singleplayer campaign in Return to Castle Wolfenstein. Hopefully this will be just as good.

The hospital from our demo, looking pretty good. If it were NHS, anyway.

Never liked Raven's games, they're pretty much Id Software's Treyarch.

And it's too late baby, now it's too late
Though we really did try to make it
Something inside has died

The Zombie Nazis mode being a "game completion bonus" in Call of Duty? D-Pad? What are these things? :P

I'll be buying this for multiplayer, unless it's cack, in which case I won't.

Simple.

In the meantime, if I get to shoot nazis in single player or even some kind of online coop mode, all the better. RTCW was an absolute classic, so it'll be hard to top that; if they end up retreading familiar territory, well, at least we'll get a solid FPS even if nothing special.

@ Plewt "Never liked Raven's games, they're pretty much Id Software's Treyarch."

You're embarrasing yourself when you say things like that. Raven have made some of the best and most memorable games around.

The level is mainly corridor-based

Another Id tech 4 dark corridor fest with cyborg aliens replaces with zombie nazis, then?

I'm not sure this will live up to even the variety of its predecessor.

You think that one level that probably wasn't even fully explored in the short time they had with the demo tells you how varied the game will be?

And which games would that be?

They are pretty damn skilled though, I'll give them that... at ruining classic series like Dark Forces and Quake. Looks like you can add Wolfenstein to that list soon.

Everything they touch turns mediocre.

Plewt, Jedi Knight II/SoF II were both ace (especially in multiplayer), Quake 4 was actually a proper sequel to Quake II while Doom³ totally dropped the ball on being a decent sequel.

I won't say this game will be good but Raven doesn't need to prove anything to be honest.
