E3: New Wii Channel shown News

Nintendo's US boss Reggie Fils-Aime showed off a new Channel for Wii at the company's E3 conference earlier today.
It's called Check Mii Out and is based around Mii avatars created by people around the world. It will let you vote on other creations and even take home ones you really like. There's no word yet on when it will be available.
Nintendo displayed the Channel as part of its ongoing commitment to the online world, alongside announcements of multiplayer enabled titles like Mario Kart, and the WiiWare game download service (Wii Software in Europe) promised next year.

Yeah, maybe they could even sell them? I can hardly wait to give Nintendo my cash for a new set of moustaches or hairdos I could use on my Miis and them show them off on the Mii Channel!! |

@ HonestJoe: no it's not just you, myself and three housemates were hooked from day one. we get genuinely antsy over who has the highest prediction percentage...
I wish they'd put "Microsoft Vs Sony" on it though, that would be nice and un-PC. |

"Miis are crap anyway. You can't proportion the body, make it only makes it bigger or smaller and the hair, etc is all predefined. If the Miis were half good, maybe it'd be worth getting a tad excited about. As it is, it's a shit add on for something shit. "
