Liked the previous game while it lasted. Was a nice arcady shooter. Never went online though because there are just too many idiots out there (as I've experienced with R2).

I hope there is a pc beta this time round. I still play MW today and every time I do hours seem to pass so quickly

Don't completely agree about the idiots online -I had some fantastic weeks with COD4 online and the idiot ratio was lower than with other titles if you went for the domination type games and avoided deathmatch. My worst experience was Forza 2 - people waiting to ram you off the track on the last straight if you were winning. cocks.

Yes, watching Comic Book guy hold up on his controller to make a character slowly climb up a snowy cliff for two minutes really was the highlight of the show.

Was there ever a demo of the first game? Or would that have been giving half the game away? ;)

Seriously, I'd never play the multiplayer, so I'd like to know if the single player is my kind of FPS, short as I've heard it is.

This game is going to own, I wonder what GamesCom 2009 will have in store for Modern Warfare 2.

This is music to my ears. The previous titles have been a little too linear and small.
