Parallel Lines removed the best aspects of the Driver series, namely the fantastic physics (perfected in Driver3) and the burnout button, and made the game into a poor man's GTA. Why don't they take it in a different direction? Maybe they should just stick to Stuntman, since that takes advantage of the things they're good at.

Disagree with OnlyMe; Driver: PL was a solid refinement of the free-roaming genre, and was arguably more inventive and well written than the three games that preceded it. Claiming that 'removing the burnout button and changing the physics' essentially removed any reason to play seems to be the sort of thing someone who tried it for 10 minutes and ditched it would say, rather than someone who'd spent some time with it. It genuinely brought something new to the genre and most importantly; it ran incredibly smooth and near bug free. I think a PSP version could be very good indeed.
(BTW; Citing Stuntman as an example of what Reflections should be doing instead is taking the piss, don't you think? It was terrible!)

At least this may have fun muscle cars, something GTA-alikes don't usually include.
