The Turok demo is available on UK Live service. Its rubbish though. DMC4 was fin while it lasted - I hate when they put short time limits on demos.

Turok is indeed not very good. There's nothing wrong with the game - if it had been released a few years back, but it just feels like every other FPS you've seen before.

And am I the only one who doesn't 'get' Katamari? You roll around picking things up. Whoopee! It would be a good XBLA game, but a full priced? not really.

Is it just me? Am I not getting something? I played the Devil may Cry demo and found it utterly uninspiring. Bad camera, though not debilitatingly so I suppose. Uninteresting enemies (fighting something that barely moves is surely not what fun has turned into). By the numbers "swing here and punch here" puzzles (I use the term puzzles in the loosest sense).

I've heard great things about the series, so I windoer what went wrong. Is it just the demo not being a good represenation of the core gameplay? Was I just missing the fun inherrent in repeatedly pounding what appeared to be pensioners tied up in colourful sacks?

got to say im with Kangerootoo, wasnt taken by dmc4 either. I was looking forward to having a go on it but it was just a bit meh.
