Thanks for the key EG.
The forum is already ruined by the way ;P. Christ though what a time for my Steam to bugger up, It's taking forever to do anything. I was downloading at 200KB/s then I had to restart Steam and it's updating Steam but taking ages.

Sweet. Got the key at 2:59pm according to my radio-wave clock. Downloaded and played. The game is shhweeeeet!
Don't expect to jump in and use your DoW 1 tactics though as it doesn't work. It feels like you're meant to think a lot more about cover, and a lot more about capturing (and re-capturing, and re-capturing) strategic points. Tyranids are cool. Had 1 crash, 1 game that didn't load properly (although all the players were in and could talk to each other), but 5 good ones. My only main issue is that it didn't save the results of my last two games (where I won!), so my record still shows 1 win/2 loss as opposed to 3 win/2 loss. Not sure why either? |

ok - currently on my second install after reading many a 'games for windows' thread.. yawn. Last time I ended up with both Steam & DOW2 desktop icons being totally dead... reading all the comments about how good the game is obviously helps to ease my frustration aaarrrrghhh!!
