With such an inspired, cohesive design, and such a subtle, understated and emotionally charged cast of characters, I can feel the entire gaming community being uplifted right now, as we speak.

Shame it's a Codemasters game as they'll only screw it up.

Well as the voice of dissent then - I'm actually very interested in this game from the hands-on article, and these screenshots do look good, I think the character design is quite good, certainly not mind-blowing, but good nonetheless.
The only question I have though, is why do some games make the female characters show as much flesh as possible, when the male counterparts wear a lot more? I mean the dudes here get overcoats and hats, and the females get a strip of flesh across their chest, if they're wearing uniforms from the same faction then the females surely would be more dressed than they are?

Stupid question. I still know what you mean though so no offense.

It was kind of a rhetoric question - and none taken :)
I fully understand the reasoning behind it, but it terms of keeping the charactisation within the game, why would an organisation of some sort, in this game peacekeepers, supply a full body uniform for males only to then strip half of it away for the female character (can you imagine our armed forces doing that - in fact I should stop doing that right now, ahem). I'm not saying it shouldn't happen, but in the same breath this is the reason why the games industry still gets lamented for catering to adolescent boys. I was just questioning the 'realism' of the game in that regards.
