Crystal Defenders for Wii this month
Episode one, anyway.
Square Enix has announced that the WiiWare version of Crystal Defenders R1 will be released in April, with follow-up game R2's date to be announced later.
Crystal Defenders is already available for Xbox Live Arcade and iPhone, but the Wii version adopts a slightly different, episodic approach.
What this means is that the tower defence gameplay is split up into various editions, each offering particular units and stages, offered at intervals.
As before, the main goal is to arrange classic Final Fantasy Tactics units so they attack enemies as they wind their way to the goal.
