Its fine to "so called redefine", but surely you have to release a game first.... talking about their next game before Conduit has even been released.

Sounds good. But so did Victorius boxers & Don King Boxing - before they where finished that is......

How come theres so many fighting games, yet so few with a gladiator theme?

I don't like it when publishers start hyping their next game before the first is released... Doesn't bode well for The Conduit.

I am however looking very much forward to seeing what HVS can pull out of the Wii graphically with only two characters on screen. And maybe a lion... And a cart... With a naked lady...

I want to like HVS but they really are over-hyping, especially about their engine. Not judging the game or it's graphics on the handful shown so far but frankly, those screenshots are awful.

"The game features an unmatched graphic fidelity"

...for someone who has missed out on the last 2 generations.

Progguitarist is right, this does seem a rather boring and typical period to set the game in. I can already picture a really budget-looking front cover for the game. I would have preferred a Crusader's period game.

However, I can't help but feel excited by High Voltage's enthusiasm. The Conduit looks good (not GREAT) and as long as the gameplay is good, I have confidence in them.

Though just seen the screenshots. Ouch.
