Condemned 2 slips a week
Greasy tramp hair to blame.
SEGA has told Eurogamer that the release date for PS3 and Xbox 360 title Condemned 2: Bloodshot has slipped to 4th April.
It follows similar news from last week that saw the brutal first-person action title slip from mid to late March.
Bloodshot pops you in the tattered boots of Ethan Thomas, the returning special agent who has fallen on hard times since the end of the first game. But the authorities need his underground contacts and unique approach to hunt some serial killers. So back to work he goes.
He smells, but will enjoy more complex hand-to-hand combat and better investigation mechanics this time around. There's also lots of multiplayer modes to get stuck into which, among other things, impressed us when we went hands-on with it recently.
You can watch us playing it too, which is rather fun because we are rather rubbish. Like litter. Litter that tramps eat. Take your pick from one of two juicy exclusives on Eurogamer TV.

I do not want to know what kind of condom you use
Anyway, yes I'm aware may people liked Condemned but it was a big letdown to me. Also it featured a very primitive and static lighting-system which made the game seems very "unreal". Hopefully the sequel will feature real dynamic lighting.

Maybe i have odd tastes, but i can see a slightly dumber, slightly less well voiced version of Condemned is still going to be more enjoyable for myself than other highly celebrated titles, but i'll kindly refrain from naming which
maybe they think creating an atmosphere that oppressive is easy, maybe Ethan's new bumfights role and combos really mess up what it was about?...who knows, i'm sure Metacritic will show it up fairly

Condemned was brilliant and I'm willing to bet the sequel is going to be fantastic.
Packs21> Where is the best place to order the US version then? (Region Free?) Videgamesplus.ca have a pre-order but no release date or confirmation of its region coding in their blog.

they are well up there own arses, i think they expect games to be a thousand times better now were into the next gen era so crackdown on anthing other than a perfect game with stupidly low scores.
looks like great *violent* fun to me nothing more nothing less, GTA3 got a 7 from Edge if i remember rightly, then they remembered its actually a good game and decided to give it an 8 the issue after.....meh!!!

But I'll repeat it once again: Review scores are pointless.

Off topic - I generally find I agree with Edge reviews (that doesn't you're wrong if you don't, just that i do), which scares me a little that this may not be as enjoyable as the first... :/
