COD4 PS3 Variety maps this Thursday
Week earlier than expected.
Infinity Ward has revealed that the Variety Map Pack for Call of Duty 4 on PS3 will be available worldwide this Thursday
It's a week earlier than expected, and sees the double experience weekend move foward to begin this Friday.
The Variety Map Pack will cost USD 9.99 (GBP 5 - assuming it isn't altered for our region), which is a little cheaper than the Xbox 360 version at 800 Microsoft Points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60).
Inside the bundle are four maps: Broadcast, Killhouse, Creek and Chinatown. We liked the latter two when we got to grips with it recently.

Who knows, if we're lucky they may even announce that we won't have to wait 6-12 months longer than the Americans for WipEout HD - which I'm sure SCEE otherwise think would only seem reasonable.

Cod4 on PS3 has no rumble? I am sure they will put it in soon then - as they seem to be the masters of implementation of it - best rumble integration on 360. Can't be a big job for them - maybe the fancy selling it for a couple of quid or something?

Think it has been confirmed a couple of times by Iamfourzerotwo that it is no way they can patch in rumble. Something with the API they used at the time didn't had any support for it. On the other hand did Resistance/Motorstorm patch it in at a later time and those were release games.. :S

Plus I'm one of the few who doesn't care about that criminal driving crime game that makes you a baby rapist, at least thats what my mate Keith Vaz says. Gran Turismo Auto 6 or something, apparently it'll be popular and more violent than a real war only fought with hammers.
Although everytime I see the TV advert I get a bit closer to wanting it
