According to Gamespot, the port is already in development but there's no word on when it will be released. Developer The Behemoth isn't saying whether the PS3 game will have exclusive content, either.

I think Rich Leadbetter needs to do a tech piece on how a PS3 story doesn't render as well as a 360 one.

In fairness at least the frame rate is the same.

Seems to be slightly more tearing on the PS3 article though.

Tearing? It's all about the monitor display settings. You need the proper equipment otherwise you can only expect shoddy results - it's the Sony way.

i fully expect a face off on the 360/ps3 castle crashers article, telling me how the ps3 version is inferior due to things i cant see because i am too busy playing the damn game.

Good news - with this and Fat Princess, I shall be spoilt in the cartoon-ultraviolence stakes!

@ designerheadache

I expect the boats in the background of the PS3 version won't reflect on the water. And, if you zoom in 2000%, you'll be able to clearly see that the pixels on the PS3 version aren't quite as happy as the 360 version.

Indeed. Also, the redness of the reds on the PS3 version aren't quite as red. But the blues are more blue. So, I recommend choosing which format you want it on based on which colour you prefer.

Luckily, I'm partial to a bit of blue.

Nice, I will get it on ps3. I didn't got in 360 because microsoft (and nintendo) policy of charging sets of virtual money instead of allowing you to just pay the thing and nothing else.

wow, you guys are really obsessed with 360s. Can I give you a crazy tip? Enjoy the game, is awesome!

Nah... Scratch that! Sell your 360s, call EG xbots, blame "da evil corporate!", but don't ever enjoy the game, that's for pussies.

I want to get this on the PS3, as my 360's drive is going (not really been playing it since), but this means getting another controller. £60 to repair the DVD drive, or £40 to get a controller for the PS3. Hmm.
