Capcom's Miles Edgeworth here in Feb
Unless you object, that is.
Capcom has announced that DS game Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth will be released here on 19th February.
This is the next game in the popular Ace Attorney series, but spun off to focus on a character other than Phoenix Wright.
Much of the gameplay remains, mind you, like investigations and cross-examinations and shouting "objection" into the microphone while on the train. We've got a video and screenshots over on our Miles Edgeworth gamepage to look at.
Or you can hunt down one of our other Ace Attorney reviews to see what the series is all about.
In order - from oldest to newest - there's Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Justice for All, Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Trials and Tribulations and Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney.
Or you can go to the pub.

I'm pretty sure an AA game coming to Europe and NA at the same time is one of the signs of the end of times...

Plus playing as Edgeworth is much cooler than playing as that wuss Apollo Justice.

No, what I have against Apollo Justice is mainly the weak storylines, I remember liking one case out of all, and that was the first one IIRC. The rest just weren't interesting and had some boring twists - the chick in the second case is a poor mans Dahlia Hawthorne. And the plot holes in the last case are forced as shit, didn't really enjoy the ending either as I don't like jury based legal systems, they feel too populistic. And Apollo and Trucy being related with Lalilulelo as their mother didn't feel right at all, what a shitty reveal.
Of course, it didn't help story wise that it followed on Trials and Tribulations, which has a set of fantastic cases and characters, almost every single one memorable, with a great ending and main villain. Godot is sooooo cool as well. AJ really felt bad like that.
Then there's the problem of it not following up on the last case in the first game, throwing most of the DS exclusive features out the window excluding one or two areas in the game. Really disappointing, as VMerken pointed out. But I feel that's secondary to the plot problems.
Like I said, I hope this new Edgeworth game picks up the writing again as well as new investigative features.

I was dissapointed that the Japanese version of the new Miles Edgeworth game isn't dual language like the previous games.
