Capcom unveils Dark Void
Fast-paced sci-fi action.
Capcom has taken the wraps off a new action game called Dark Void, which will be released sometime next winter.
It is being created by new developer Airtight Games, whose core members are staff that worked on Crimson Skies: High Road to Revenge.
So far all we know is that it will be have fast-paced mid-air and on-foot combat. Platforms are yet to be announced, although PS3 and 360 are probably a safe bet.
The story of Dark Void talks about an ancient and incomprehensible being that journeyed to our planet aeons ago and created a race called The Watchers to keep an eye on us.
For thousands of years we knew them as Gods, and it was not until some of our own species rose up with supernatural power that they were banished back to a parallel universe so that we could prosper unchecked. So there they have remained, plotting and scheming. Until now.

When people walk into a shop and look at this and Mass Effect, I'm pretty sure Mass Effect would win hands-down.
