Capcom signs Football Superstars dev
To do multi-platform title due out this year.
Capcom has signed a development deal with Monumental Games, the studio behind MMO Football Superstars.
Monumental is set to develop "an as yet unannounced multi-platform title" which will be "published by Capcom later this year". And that's all the info available so far.
The studio was founded in 2005 and has offices in Manchester, Nottingham and Pune, India. It's only announced one other project so far: Hunter's World, an MMO which lets you "hunt everything from varmints to big game". You probably can run over the varmints and break its legs off. The game is set to go into open beta later this year.
There's no word on whether the Capcom project will also be an MMO, but we'll keep an eye out.
