Brutal Legend demo now on Live
Wolfenstein sampler there too.
EA has released a Brutal Legend demo on Xbox Live Marketplace.
Update: As you rightly pointed out, this is only available to people in the US and Canada.
It's massive at 2GB, but offers a long-awaited taste of Tim Schafer's latest creation, in which roadie Eddie Riggs travels to a fantasy, heavy metal-themed land. The full game arrives on 16th October. Our extensive coverage can be found below.
Also, Activision has popped an XBL sampler for Wolfenstein out. This is considerably smaller at 578MB and not nearly as exciting. That's because the supernatural Nazi-themed shooter has already been released and reviewed. Our Wolfenstein verdict can be found elsewhere.

Releasing it to frakin' pre-orderers only for the first week was so stupid as to be insulting!

So if EG are biased towards the 360, they're about as good at is as they are telling the difference between the US and EU marketplaces

How and where are you then? It is now 22:08 in the UK and still isnt there!?

It sucks that all countries are treated differently with release dates. English language demo's should be day 'n date. There's no excuse for different release dates. It only make sense for localized demos since you have the extra work of translation.
There are alot of cutscenes in the demo and the hack n' slash gets a little samey but I'm sure there will be other combos etc. to unlock in the full version. Its alot of fun. Can't wait to play it in Oct.

Next week, on Oct 1, BL demo will expand to Silver access.

Oh crap
Comment below viewing threshold Show
MS got the exclusivity on the demo for this week only which appears to be just in the states. On Oct 1 it will be in Europe on XBL gold and silver AND on PSN for PS3 folks.

Also, you should be able to create a US account - unless the material in question has ip-filtering. Maybe we shall get more blood, gore and sex in our European-more-free-thinking demo? One could always hope anyways

Or to European people who spend 10 minutes making an extra US account.
edit: and needing to pre-order another game as well? Madness.
Oh, and if they don't want Silver people to play the Wolfenstein demo, it's quite simple, I won't buy Wolfenstein, thanks.
Comment below viewing threshold Show
Not quite true. I pre-ordered the game from Game some time ago. Last week they sent us a code to download the demo and I've been playing it since then. So U.K. gamers can get to play the demo early without needing a U.S. account.
